Returns Policy

To initiate a return, approval from an MRIMed representative is required. Items must be in their original, unopened, unused, and unaltered condition to qualify for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Please email us at info@MRIMED.com to request a return. If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Return Instructions: Include a signed letter detailing the reason for your return, the PO/Invoice/Packing Slip, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return. Please check before placing your order. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, custom products, made-to-order PVC items, disposable goods, glasses, and certain electronics.
  4. Stretchers: Stretchers that are returned without the original crate and pallet are non-returnable.
  5. Shipping Damage & Short Shipments: Any damage occurring during shipping or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Restocking Fee

All returned stock items may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you require an exchange, please contact MRIMed to request an RA#. Please be aware that exchanges may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
