Returns, Refunds And Exchange Policy
How To Return an Item
All returns must be authorized by an MRImed representative. Your item must be in its original, unopen, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@MRIMED.com to request a return and we will assign you a Return Authorization #.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return as well as the original receipt, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include sanitary products, software, and electronics.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee for stock items, and up to 50% for non-stock items/custom orders. This will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling paid is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange for any reason, you must contact MRImed for an RA#. You may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, and will still be responsible for return shipping.
