Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday 8PM - 4PM, PST. Non-stock items shipping times will vary, call for an estimated timeline for a backordered item.
We ship via: UPS, FedEx or freight
Customers using their own account numbers for shipping will still be charged for handling.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
For any shipments received damaged, we must be notified in writing the details of the damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information including pictures within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. You will need to notify both MRImed and the carrier (i.e.; UPS, FedEx, etc.) within 48 hours. At time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged.
The rate charged to ship your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Actual shipping costs will be added to your order after the product has been packaged and weighed. If you require a quote for shipping ahead of time, please call.
If one item in an order is out of stock, we will ship you any items in your order that are in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available, we will ship it ASAP.
